5G Trials, Deployments and Launches
192 operators in 81 countries have demonstrated, are testing or trialling, or have been licensed to conduct field trials of 5G technologies, are deploying 5G networks or have announced service launches. The equivalent numbers in July 2018 were 154 operators in 66 countries
There have been over 524 separate 5G demonstrations, tests or trials, up from 412 compared to the figure at the end of July 2018.
