The purpose of GSA is to strengthen the promotion of the 3GPP family of technologies, and this is achieved, in part, via the GSA Standardization Group.
The mandate of the Standardization Group is to help ensuring the long-term success of a global 3GPP ecosystem and this is done via open discussions among GSA Executive Members. Currently, ensuring the successful uptake of the 6G standardization in 3GPP is of particular interest.
