Affiliated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China and based in Beijing, China Academy of Industrial Internet (CAII) was founded in November 2018. As part of the national plan to build new future industrial internet infrastructure for new generation information technology and manufacturing in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, CAII develops strategies, makes policy proposals, conduct standardization research, builds platforms, sets up security systems, and promotes international collaboration. CAII’s mission is to become the world’s top think-tank, a crucial source of technological innovation, a significant support for government regulation, an important driving force for empowerment in business, a hub for top-notch talents, and an essential platform for international cooperation.
