Non-terrestrial networks are promising to become a rapidly growing industry segment as 29 countries and territories gear up to deploy services in their region, according to the latest GSA research.

This latest report shows that three rural and enterprise broadband services have already launched, with many more being planned in the rapidly evolving industry. We take a look at the road map to 3GPP-defined satellite networks in our latest report, with services beginning to launch later in 2023.
