Global Growth of LTE Subscriptions to Q2 2016

Q2 2016 total LTE subscriptions worldwide = 1.453 billion, which is equivalent to 19.5 % share of the global mobile subs base of 7.415 billion.
LTE is now connecting almost 1 in every 5 mobile subscribers worldwide.
684 million LTE subscriptions were added in the past year, equivalent to 89% year-on-year growth
LTE subscriptions increased 160.3 million in Q2 2016
