The report was sponsored by EE, PCCW HKT (CSL), Plus (Polkomtel), Smartfren, Telstra plus key contributions also from the BBC, Ericsson, Expway, Huawei, Institut fuer Rundfunktechnik GmbH, Nokia Networks, and Qualcomm Inc. as well as inputs from other key stakeholders.
